Charissa Snijders is an award-winning architect whose concern for both people and environment are borne out in her practice. She believes in architecture that is beautiful, timeless and environmentally-conscious and, above all, a reflection of the unique qualities of the clients and the land.
Collaborating closely with the team, Charissa poetically combines space, form, texture and light that collectively evoke the spirit of a place. She is a Registered Architect, who in addition to her BArch, holds a Masters in Design Management (first class honours).

Peter Crowe has a passion for people and how they act to shape the culture of an organisation. He has over 20 years of management and marketing communications experience gained in the UK, Europe, Australasia and the US.
Peter currently divides his time between design consultation, research into dialogue and business coaching. He is also a writer, artist and teacher. A sometime lecturer at Auckland University of Technology, he is due to complete a MPhil in Management there early next year.
